Lilo & Stitch is a Disney animated science fiction-adventure film. The story follows an interstellar fugitive, Jumba, who is forced to create an army of super-powerful monsters.
This mad scientist places his creation, “Lilo,” and her mischievous younger brother, “Stitch,” in an intergalactic prison. The two soon escape and must find a way back to Earth.
The film’s protagonist and hero is a 6-year-old Hawaiian girl, Lilo (voiced by Daveigh Chase).
She rescues her dog, Stitch (voiced by David Ogden Stiers), who had been transformed into a dog against his will; to save him from being arrested for crime she created with her experiments in the lab to which they are both confined, he displays supernatural powers that Jumba names “Experiment 626” and becomes Lilo’s “dog.”
