A weight bench was ordered, which showed as in stock. Two weeks waited and nothing still. The website was checked and the bench was out of stock. Request a refund by e-mail. I received an answer that it was to be delivered in three to five working days. Not good enough so I requested reimbursement. You have just had to wait for more emails. I contacted my company with my credit card, and I was reimbursed. Do not take advantage of the Company! @Naeem Iqbal
