Nunemaker has recently sold the Mansion for $1.8 million, according to state records. He paid the price of the Alumni House approximately the same. Both homes lie in the Historical Water Tower district of Milwaukee.
Kitts Christov and Jeff Johnson are the new owners of the Vogel Mansion.
In 1905, according to the Wisconsin historical society, it was built in the neoclassical style. According to city records, it has been estimated at $1.79 million.
Indoors the house is equipped with a media room on the third floor and a climate controlled wine room, gym, game room and pub are located on the lower level.
Nunemaker sold $690,000 to one of his eastern houses, the Falk Manners, in December 2017.
